Take a spin on the Color wheel

Okay calling out to my blogging buddies.
I have to go paint today. Lot's of paint.
We are painting the hallways, the former fellowship hall that is now a family room setting and a nursing mothers room. All the rooms pretty much flow together so they all need to pretty much have the same color. I plan to have an accent color in the family room, something with a splash of color. So here is wear you come in. What are your favorite neutral NON WHITE colors. I'm thinking tans, browns, etc.. and what color would you splash on the accent wall ?

I really like the tan color in this one...

What about the asparagus green in this one for an accent wall
Bleached Denim ? Aren't the names so fun! I love this blue wall as an accent...

And i also really like this tan neutral as well...
So tell me ? What are your favorite wall color choices ???

I'm like you...tans, beiges, whatever ya wanna call 'em. :o) Can't go wrong...but with color I like it a bit more bold! RED...yeah baby...LOL...I'm digging that asparagus green (or any other green similar to that). Earthy tones are my thing...you can accent those tan walls with chocolate, red, pumpkin, mustard, eggplant. Hmm...I'm picking up on a theme here (food?! LOL)...have fun!! We're going to be painting the 3 bedrooms upstairs later this month...good times!

All time best color, in my humble opinion, is Silver Sage from Restoration Hardware. Just the right blue.

Happy painting! :)

www.behr.com

Their Virtual Color choices. Not sure if you have a home depot in Canada but they sell behr paint, and if you have a Lowe's then they do Behr color match i believe :)
